Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the www.iridaeditions.com and ΕΚΔΟΣΕΙΣ ΙΡΙΔΑ –IRIDA EDITIONS facebook page (the “Service”) operated by Iliopoulou Rizou Kanella, Irida Editions, single business, Faidriadwn, 104-106, 11364, Athens (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. By signing in on the website, user is obliged to register his true personal data as required.

Disclaimer Stating

Irida Editions have no responsibility for any damage caused to visitor/ user during accessing and using the website’s services. Irida Editions make any possible effort in order to provide and maintain high level services on its website, but in any case have no responsibity for any damage caused to customer, because of non fulfilling its contract’s obligations, if this happens by force majeure reasons (network/ internet breakdown, weather conditions, strikes etc).

Intellectual, industrial and commercial property

Any content and information provided by the website, including- non restrictively designing, distinctive features, logos, graphics, texts, documents, photographs, data bases and generally every distinctive mark and intellectual product of the website, constitute Irida Editions’ intellectual and industrial property, according to every greek, EU and international relevant law and convention. Books, magazines, calendars etc and every product, that doesn’ t constitute our intellectual property, on the contrary constitute intellectual and industrial property of the legal entity and/or person referred as property’s beneficiary.

Content Reproduction

No part of this site may be reproduced, republished, modified, distributed, transmitted, used and generally exploited in any form and by any means, without the prior written permission of IRIDA Editions. Exceptionally, individual copying and printing of a single copy, part of the content for personal and not public or commercial use is allowed, provided that the intellectual and industrial property rights of IRIDA editions are not affected.

Purchases- Conditions of sale

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your personal data, as it is explained on . You are fully responsible for the information- and its accuracy- you supply.

A sales contract is formed once an order is confirmed by the Customer. Every transaction being made on the website, is regulated by the specific Terms of Purchase- Order and Delivery, that form an undivided part of “Terms of Use” and by greek, EU and international law for web sales. User reserves the absolute right of withdrawal on a period of 14 days from the deleivery day. In order to withdraw legally user has to notify Irida Editions by sending email at sales@iridaeditions.com or by filling and sending the Form of Withdrawal. Books and products must be returned to us in the same good condition you had received them (on a good package that assure that no damage will take place during the return), without being used or being copied by any means. Returns should be sent- with the Form of Withdrawal filled- at Faidriadwn 104-106, 11364, Athens. User should be charged of shipping fees. In order the return to be accepted the condition of books and products would be examined. In order the procedure to be completed sooner, user should refer the receipt number. User will be refunded only through the bank account which will indicate.
Damaged and defective books/ products will be returned with shipping fees being charged to Irida Editions, after user’s notification by email or any other form of communication.

Newsletters only after full consent

While signing in, you should register your email address in order to receive messages for your order or your account’s management (such as losing your passwords) and you choose whether you would receive newsletters or not. Νewsletters are sent only to registered users who have already fully consented to, throughout their signing in, their profile account and to those who specifically choose so through our home page. Full consent may be recalled at any time.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Content

Our Service (on our facebook page) allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the content you may post on our website and we maintain the right to delete anything that violates these terms or our privacy policy, other persons personal data or the Greek and European law generally without any further notification.
The photos, texts and any content that is posted, linked, stored and shared by our website, is our intellectual property and copyright and you may repost or use it by any- non for profit- legal way, only by refer to the source.

We have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. Underage persons (under 18)

Website’s services are available to underage users only after their parents’ or legal guardians’ approval.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

Governing Law – Jurisdiction

This contract and the Terms of Use, Terms of Sale- Order and Delivery governing the contract are governed by Greek law. If a dispute arises with a Customer in relation to the purchase order and these Terms of Use, Terms of Sale- Order and Delivery, the matter must be referred to the courts of Athens (Greece).
